Seamless end to end service. We arrived an hour earlier than planned on our outbound journey, this wasn't a problem for them, they were there within minutes to meet us. A+ service. Highly recommended.

Great service, no waiting on drop off and only 10 minutes on return (and my flight was 1h early getting in).

Rang 30 minutes before drop off as instructed but was still waiting around. Had to ring to ensure they were coming which they did. Rang at pick up as instructed and worryingly the phone was not answered the first 5 times I called over 15 minutes. They did however call back and all was picked up okay. All in all I would recommend.

Very satisfied with the service. Promptly met at airport terminal on way out to Bali. Travelling back my flight was cancelled and rescheduled via a different airline. This meant came back a day later than planned but once notified Park And Go kept in contact after landing and assured me my car would be ready. Had to pay extra £20 for the extra day.

I received a call 45 minutes before I was due to arrive at the airport to confirm, and they were there to meet me as arranged. Our flight arrived back early and I call them to let them know and they rearranged so that they were there within five minutes of my arriving in the car park Our flight arrived back early; I called them to let them know and they rearranged so that they were there within five minutes of my arriving in the car park to pick up my car. All the staff I dealt with were extremely polite and helpful. I have used many meet & greet services and I have to say this was the best experience I have had.

When I collected my car I was faced with the bonnet and windscreen covered in bird poo, mud and it was filthy. It looked like it had been thrashed around in a field. Whilst the driver was there I called the company who said the manager was on holiday and there was nothing he could do other than suggest I email him and eventually he would come back to me. I told him I wasn't prepared to wait for him to come back from holiday. He told me to text him. I called back and was hung up on twice. He called the driver and told him next time I parked with them I could have a free car wash. I wasn't happy with that. The driver then started to describe the car to the person on the phone but immediately switched to speaking in an Asian language. I told him that I could not understand what he was saying and could he please speak in English so I could hear what was being said. I told him I thought that was rude. He became aggressive and said why should he and that he didn't want me to hear what was being said. I became cross with being spoken to like this but he just shoved the car park ticket in my hand and said if I didn't leave soon I d be charged for parking. Then just walked off. I tried to call the number but just kept being hung up on.
