I have a high sided WAV and have used the drop off area at terminal 3 for years. This year drop off was ok but the collection of the van was a pain because for some reason they didn’t come to the drop off area. After numerous phone calls to find out what was going on, I found out they had left the vehicle in on the hound floor, but they hadn’t bothered to tell me. In total we were outside for almost an hour, which is not what you need after 16 hours of travelling.

Had a good experience of parking in Heathrow terminal 2. Delayed flight on return but car pickup was with good coordination.

We arrived at just before 4.00am but the staff were soon there, smooth handover & car was waiting on our return. Very good operation.

Fast, effective service and excellent value for money. Drivers were very well mannered and response from control centre was quick and instructions clear and accurate. Easily use this service again. Holiday Extras is a joke, far too expensive even claiming 20% discount!
