Easy to find. Smooth checking in and transfer to airport. Polite staff. Bus waiting at stop on my arrival. Car waiting outside reception.

This was not what we expected it to be. It is over 20 minutes transfer to T5. We would not use it again.

Very good service. This is the 4th time we have used your facility and will certainly do so again. It takes the pressure off the start and end of the holiday knowing you don't have the frustration of getting someone take and fetch you or sort out expensive parking at the actual airport.

Booking was not in the system when we arrived despite being booked weeks in advance, eventually found our names in the database for the wrong kind of parking. On return we waited 25 mins for a bus to collect us. Not quite what was expected of the more expensive business parking.

Excellent service. Very efficient. My only issue was that the address shown the website was wrong so make sure you follow the directions rather than using the address in sat nav.
