Brent Rd was not easy to find; a Purple Parking notice or 3 en route would be encouraging. Arrival was well done. Return: Quite a long wait at T5 platform 24. Then dumped in the car park and waived towards rank 26 in the distance. He could easily have let us off closer. Getting away from Brent Road was a NIGHTMARE. But OK for the price. I shall Meet&Greet next time.

The carpark was easy to find with satnav once there car goes through security which is good then you arrive at gate they explain which took less than 1 minute you park your car go to your bus hand keys over to driver an off to airport it was smoothly done then on return you call the number they give you and my bus was waiting where they said to take me back to carpark where my car was parked near exit gates. Would definitely use purple parking again.

Always use Purple, they are nearly always the cheaper and they are very secure. The way in is a bit tortuous though but plenty of signage.

Have used purple car parks a couple of times always efficient and you do not to wait very long for transport back. drivers are friendly ,a good service allround.

All fine, except that it really is miles from the airport and through west -London suburban traffic which was just about ok for us but may make a lot of people miss their flights! That far you should offer a meet&greet service really!!

The car park was too far from the airport and disorganised upon arrival retrieving the keys. However, when our vehicle didn't start the staff were incredibly helpful.

Although I had booked online many weeks before departure, and had printed out and was carrying with me the booking confirmation, they were unable to trace my booking at the gate and I had to pull in and wait another stressful 10 minutes while the booking was traced and remade. Not what you want when you are anxious to catch your plane. However, they got me there in time.

You have to add an extra 40min each way because the whole process is quite slow really. Car park was a good 20min drive from T5. Bus and cars that are checking in share the same lane, which I thought was poorly managed because we had 4 cars in front of us on the way back adding an extra 10min waiting to get to the car park. I personally don't think I'll use them again. I will pay the extra £20 and park closer to the airport. However, some people with more time may find it very good value for money.
