Reeds Parking T4,5 Reviews

The service was very good. The mini bus was waiting for us when we arrived at the bus stop on our return, so we got to our car quicker than would have been the case if we'd have parked at the airport. The car was safe and sound!

I must say we had a very good experience using reeds parking. The mini bus was their waiting when we arrived to take us to the terminal. When we arrived back to the uk it had been snowing, we called the number given and the mini bus picked us up very quickly from the terminal and our car was clear of snow and ready to go. Would use again.

Followed the directions without problem and although we were almost 45 mins earlier than expected we were greeted and directed pleasantly and taken immediately to Terminal 5. Return instructions were clearly explained. On our return we phoned to notify our arrival and waited maybe up to 5 minutes before being collected, again in a very pleasant and helpful manner. The cost compared to other carparks was very good. Having experienced long waits in crowded buses elsewhere this was an absolute pleasure. Perhaps Reeds parking operation is smaller than other competitors but whatever the reason we were very, very impressed.

Despite arriving early for our outward bound flight we were quickly and cheerfully dealt with. On our return "out of hours" we were picked up with very little waiting. I am sure we would use Reeds parking again if flying from T4 or 5

Good prompt service to and from airport, with friendly helpful driver. Tidy, clean and comfortable minibus.

On the 6th September 2009 I used your car park at Wraysbury and I must say the experience was a poor one. We arrived at 3.45am and the whole site was deserted. Our agreed arrival time was 04.00am. By 4.10am we were starting to get extremely concerned that no one would be there. We tried the two emergency phone lines neither of which were answered. At 4.15am when we were about to go to Terminal 5 and pay for car parking the mini bus arrived and transported us to the terminal. We found this whole experience very worrying. I do have concerns that Reeds are totally relying on the one mini bus, if this bus was involved in an accident we would have been stranded at Wraysbury. Our return journey was totally different. The bus was there to greet us and we could not have wished for a smoother transition.
