Reviewed on 6th March 2009Uncertain before 1st time use, but absolutely satisfied afterwards. Left for T5 within minutes of arriving at Reeds, and collected within 15mins of calling upon arrival. On to the M4 (J5 going west) within 10 mins of leaving Reeds. Easy access, and friendly service. Will use again.

Reviewed on 3rd February 2009The only criticism we have were the directions from M25. It was not made clear that when you came off at J14 whether you took the left or right fork. We took the left had to go back onto the M25 then turn round back into Heathrow onto the M4 again and then back to M25. Not funny when we had driven up from South Devon. The service at Reeds was excellent - a lovely driver who gave us lots of information took us to Terminal 5 and was waiting for us on our return. We would use again now we know where they are.
