Reeds Parking T4,5 Reviews

Dropping our car off went smoothly, and we were taken to the airport with no delay. Similarly, when we returned, the minibus arrived to pick us up within 15 minutes. The driver was efficient and friendly, and we cannot fault the service, which was excellent, and good value for money.

A very friendly and prompt service. Reeds parking is very convenient from the M4 coming from the west, before hitting the M25. The parking area is a nicely secure compound.

I would definitely recommend using Reeds parking for terminal 5. Although it is off the airport site it was all so smooth from drop off to return. Also there was only one other family on our minibus and the parking staff and driver were extremely helpful, so no queuing and jostling to get on the bus or forgetting where we parked the car - it was sitting waiting right by where they dropped us off.

As always the drivers were helpful and courteous and the journeys to and from the airport went smoothly. On the return trip we had difficulty finding the stance at Terminal 2 but this was because of poor signage in the airport.

Good service will use it again.

This is the 2nd time we've used Reed. They took us straight to T5 for departure. Then on our arrival a quick phone call after getting off the aircraft and when we got outside they were waiting at the allocated stop. Drivers are always efficient and friendly.
