Prompt, efficient and friendly service. We telephoned on picking our bags off the carousel and the bus arrived as we reached the designated bus stop. Delighted with this company.

I have used Reeds parking on several occasions and the service was again friendly and efficient. The are convenient for me travelling from the west on the M4. The minibus was waiting for me on arrival at Reeds a few minutes early on a sunday morning and took me immediately to Terminal 4. On return after 6pm on a Friday, I was collected within 10 minutes and taken straight to my car. I will certainly use them again.

Excellent service. Polite & Punctual at both leaving and arriving. Needs to be easier to find on arrival as Airport parking sign is one of about 5 signs and easily missed. It looks like a petrol station forecourt.

At both ends of our trip, Reeds behaved admirably. Although we dropped off our car at 3am, a driver was there to take us quickly to T5. And the pick up at T5 at 6pm-ish was quick also. So top marks!
