Super Saver Meet and Greet Reviews

I paid for the Super Saver Meet and greet thinking it included the car park fees as it said Airport access fee included. Still had to pay £6 when dropping off and £6 when picking up . Not sure what Airport access fee is and I work at Heathrow.

Excellent service, competitive price and felt my car was in safe hands. Have booked through Park & Go for a number of years and would not use anybody else.

Extremely late. Had to run to catch plane. On return, waited at least 45 min extra in a cold car park. Got home with a cold.

It was good as always , just frustrating when the phone is not answered, called at least t times on the return trip and the phone rung out , started to panic. I would also be good if you had a representative at the airport as others do👍

Overall service was good, the issue we had was around communication. We rang the 2nd time, as requested, at 7.30am and we chased as to where the car was several times up to just after 9am. Instead of telling us there was an issue with traffic that was out of there control, they just said nothing until just after 9am when we were told about the traffic and then subsequently notified that our car was 7 minutes away. They did pay for the parking in recompense but the lack of communication from them really was the only issue with the service, hence the average rating.

Waiting 45 minutes after my call for my car to turn up at Terminal 2 was poor. I don't think I would use Super Saver Meet and Greet again.

Everything worked. Arrived on time and got the car back to us pretty quickly on our return.
