Terminals Parking T2 and T3 - Park and Ride Reviews

Service was good and the shuttle to terminal was convenient. Call them in advance to be collected. I would improve this by asking people to wait somewhere warm then be collected. We waited at the car park which was a little cold.

Cars were on time and clean and did what was needed. The guy on the way out was very good. However the chap on the way back did not get out and introduce himself, so I had to firstly go and find him and then direct him into a parking bay to get him out the way of other vehicles. He didn't leave the car and no help with bags (fine for me not so great for my wife). He couldn't get out of the barriers at the car park and had to phone for assistance with cars tooting behind. No help at our car drop with me having to car our bags over a gravel lot to our car which we could not inspect in the dark.

Great place to park which is close to Heathrow with easy access being collected & dropped off. Really helpful & nice, friendly drivers to boot. Even when we returned this time I asked for assistance with a tyre issue where a guy came out to help within 5 minutes. Brilliant company to know about & very affordable prices when parking for Heathrow Airport. Would definitely recommend them to friends & family.

I highly recommend Terminals Parking Park & Ride. It was a stress free way of parking and getting to and from Heathrow Airport. We had really lovely drivers when being dropped off and picked up. We will definitely use this service again.

Very easy to find and the drop-off and collection service went like clockwork. We will definitely use Terminals Parking Meet & Greet again.

Good, the signage to the actual site entrance could be better. You phone twice once on arrival and second when luggage picked up, which is good as they can visualise the work load inbound. Wait at the short stay was about 10 minutes which is usual for this type of operation. I think the car remained on site for the three weeks but was moved within the site, which is normal.

Absolutely amazed & delighted that the drivers were willing & happy to drop & collect us at T4. Don't understand why this was not clear when I booked. On return, the company was at pains to stress that we must go to level 2 parking bay F50. For reasons best known to himself, the driver was waiting for us in parking bay 60 odd. We waited for 15 minutes. I noticed a missed call 5 minutes before we found him. Then his excuse was he couldn't park in F50 - no idea why. Not impressed that (after 20 hours travel) he just watched while I loaded our luggage into the boot, and didn't lift a finger to help unload when we arrived back at the car park. However, the car was ready and so overall, it was an acceptable experience.

I had a swift flowing experience with Terminals Parking Meet & Greet. I will certainly use them again. Even though I arrived a day earlier than scheduled. I notified them if my arrival as soon a I landed. They asked me to call back once I collected my luggage. They notified I'd have to wait for 30 minutes. They arrived to pick me up in that time. My car was safe and my belongings were in it. I highly recommend the service.

Had a really good experience with this, what I believe to be, a smaller operator. The car was parked quickly, the transfer was fast with a nice chap and the car was helpfully dropped off. They handled a change to the original terminal I was flying from well and I'd be happy to use them again.
