Terminals Parking T5 - Park and Ride Reviews

Absolutely fantastic. Dropped the car off and taken straight to Heathrow Airport. When I returned, the driver was already waiting for us. Car was exactly as I left it, I've used other parking places, but Terminals Parking Meet & Greet lands top of my list for Heathrow and I will be using again.

Great service from start to finish. So friendly and helpful would highly recommend and definitely would you use again . We also didn't realise until we got there that they offer to charge EV cars, we will definitely be using this service in future 😀

Directions on booking were simple and everything was smooth with the drop off and pick up. Ali was a great driver who picked us up and welcomed us back with a smile.

At first I was unable to locate the entry to where I had to drop the car off, so I phoned and a member of staff came straight out to assist. Checking the car in and transportation to the airport was very good. On my return I followed the instructions on the paperwork that I was issued with. I only had around a 15 minutes wait to be picked up from the stipulated area and returned to retrieve my car. All in all a very good experience and will definitely use again.
