Both arrival & departure process was smooth & quick. Its a small compound & you could easily drive past it so look out for the sign. Good value for money, only gripe was the amount of bird muck on the car when we returned.

Driver, Johnson, was polite and courteous and vehicle was fine.

Great service, good communication.

At first I was unable to locate the entry to where I had to drop the car off, so I phoned and a member of staff came straight out to assist. Checking the car in and transportation to the airport was very good. On my return I followed the instructions on the paperwork that I was issued with. I only had around a 15 minutes wait to be picked up from the stipulated area and returned to retrieve my car. All in all a very good experience and will definitely use again.

Absolutely brilliant service, would 100% recommend and will be rebooking Terminals Parking Park & Ride again for sure. Fantastic service.

I phoned twice as requested to get the car but still had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the car to arrive otherwise it done everything else fine.

Extremely efficient, polite, timely and the best option to park for Heathrow we have ever had whilst avoiding the ULEZ charge both ways.
