Smart Parking, as it is now called, works well. We find it easy to use, close to the terminal and well laid out. Access in and out on foot could be better but that is a minor irritation.

The number to phone for enquiries that is on the internet isn't in service. The name of the carpark at the airport has changed, and it's not the same one as on the internet. Had to ask where it was. This was confusing. Apart from this once I was there it was only a 2 minute walk from the terminal. If they get the website etc updated it will be fine.

Brilliantly located only a few minutes walk from the terminal building. Unlike other car parks around the same locale (and the fact it always has a lot of filled spaces), there never seems to be a problem with cars queuing to enter/ exit. I've used this car park before, however on this occasion upon arrival at the entrance, my number plate wasn't recognised. When I was leaving, I inserted my ticket at the barrier and an outstanding fee of £90 was displaying! On both occasions, the issues were resolved promptly and the assistance received was excellent. As mentioned previously, I have used this car park before and despite these very minor hiccups, have no hesitation in using again.

Barrier did not go up automatically when we arrived, had to ring for help. On departure it stayed down again and displayed £164 outstanding. Help came fairly soon and released us without too much hassle or extra payment.

The last twice we have used this car park it hasn’t recognised the number plate & we have had to press the button for assistance. This last time, we had to call for assistance on entering & exiting the car park, as, when we put the ticket in, that we were told to take, when we entered, the machine was telling us that we owed £90. When we asked for assistance we were told that our details couldn’t be found. They then found us on ‘ another ‘ system.

A dreadful experience.On entering failed to recognise number plate on 5 attempts prior to issuing pre booked ticket.No one answered HELP button, phone number listed unobtainable. On return refused exit unless £70 payment. Ditto no one answered the HELP button. Had to go to car park office to assist. Will not use again.

No problems with the car park itself my problem was they had no record of our booking through Park and Go and therefore had to visit parking office on our return to provide proof of booking.

Number plate not recognised. Had to buzz for assistance and go through all details of booking including getting out of car to check reg. 10 minutes wasted getting in and same happened on way out. Definitely put off using again.
