Excellent service bit of mix up for pick up waited at incorrect pick up placed phoned and asked to be picked up told to wait where drop off we waited in incorrect place apart from that excellent service would use again.

Would use your services again, picked up in literally two minutes after arriving outside the terminal and taken directly to our car, staff were very friendly, recommend using this car park to others much cheaper than airport it self and is easily walkable to airport no real need for transfer other than we had someone in our party who has mobility problems, only advise would be that maybe a step was available in vehicle to be used as it was quite a large step up into vehicle this would assist mobility impaired people other than that a 5* service thank you!

The car park was not that easy to find when we first arrived, but apparently you have to look out for the red post box! The handover was efficient, then we were taken directly to the drop off point by Departures. When we landed, we called the pick up number and the bus collected us within a few minutes. All in all we were quite impressed and would use Imagine again, if flying from Liverpool.

I couldn't believe how close it was to john lennon airport. It was so easy to get to and by the time we came out of the airport the mini bus was there waiting for us to take us back to the car. I would certainly use them again
