You didn’t say that there are 2 meet and greets at Liverpool as yours doesn’t give details. On return the mobile phone number was unavailable and advised that you had lost that phone. Was able to find a landline number to call but was cut off requiring several attempts. It’s £6 to get out of the car park, not £4 as per your booking confirmation.

Fantastic service. On time and professional staff. Explained everything that was needed prior to arrival. Definitely use the service again.

Imagine Meet and Greet unfriendly and offhand when rang designated number. Insisted driver had arrived when he clearly hadn't. Unprofessional and amateur service, cannot recommend.

Easiest one I have used in terms of drop off. Easy to find and quick service with a nice guy who collected the car. Pick-Up was ok but I was asked to use the minibus that they had just sent so I could save £3....however, I paid for them to deliver the car. Anyway, they were very quick to bring the car so all in all and good service and would recommend and also use again myself.

Very fast drop off and return, fastest I’ve ever experienced. Surprised he didn’t check the car for damage before taking it.

Yet again we had excellent and exemplary service, from the moment when we phoned to give them the ten minutes warning (when we were then given a better location marker to ensure that they arrived to collect our car when we did) to a friendly driver greeting our return.
