Reviewed on 2nd February 2010I have used this car park on more than 10 occasions, and have always found the staff to be very courtious and freindly. I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a transfer vehicle, and they look after my old car as if it were there own. 5 stars

Reviewed on 5th January 2010One problem prevents me giving IN2 CAR PARKING 5/5 - getting hold of them on the phone. I called several times a couple of days before travelling to confirm how to find them but the phone wasn't picked up. I tried again the next day and my call was answered immediately. When I returned from holiday just after midnight and the temperature was -3, the phone was engaged for at least 15 minutes before I finally got through. Apart from the phone problems, the service was very good - polite, quick and efficient.

Reviewed on 30th December 2009i always park with you guys - i travel from manchester to liverpool because cheap flights and cheap car parking, and at the airport within 10/15mins of getting out the car at your depot - then collected - its great!! everytime, this must easy be at least 10th visit!

Reviewed on 27th December 2009Fantastic service! No waiting whatsoever. As soon as we arrived we were in the mini-bus to the airport which is a very short drive. The driver was helpful and friendly. On our return we waited just a few minutes for the driver to arrive, and our car was already waiting for us. I would recommend this service to anyone.

Reviewed on 26th December 2009Had to wait in the freezing cold for 10-15 minutes going out and returning while the minibus returned. Nowhere to fit skis in minibus, had them over back seat on lap. Funny smell like fish and chips on my greasy steering wheel and gear stick when car returned. Poor customer service in terms of how I was spoken to by staff. Cheap, but I'll spend a few pounds extra next time and park on site
