Reviewed on 20th July 2009Would not recommend this service - took 20 minutes to get through to them when arrived back - then took an hour to pick us up - Staff not friendly when I complained - Ordered my car to be washed - wasn't done - They blamed ryanair - when I wasnt even flying with them - Not worth the hassle.

Reviewed on 13th July 2009Dropped the car off during an off-peak period and we were dropped off at the airport within 15 minutes of arriving at IN2 CAR PARKING. It was very busy on our return to Liverpool and we had to wait about 20 minutes for the pickup but we were in our car and on our way within about 30 minutes of making the initial call to IN2 CAR PARKING. I would use this service again. Very close to the airport and very reasonable charge.

When arriving back at Liverpool I rang for a pick up to be told that a bus had just left so was expecting to wait a while but another bus turned up after only 10 minutes. Car was waiting for me when we got back to the car park. Will definitely use again.

Reviewed on 8th July 2009Not very inspiring. Transport tatty, not enough space on the mini bus and car not ready on arrival, despite having phoned half an hour before.

Reviewed on 8th July 2009I found it really hard to find - there is a car wash sign but no other sign, had to circle around and ask someone. People very friendly. Was a bit disconcerted when I got an answer phone when calling on arrival back into Liverpool airport. Took 10 mins before I could get hold of someone but then the van arrived within minutes of that, so can't complain.
