departure problem free but the driver asked I wait at aspecific spot on return some 400 yards from drop off--I waited 30 mins before I eventualy got a relpy -- phone kept going to anserphone-- to be told the pick up was same as drop off and not as I had been told. Mountains of luggage cold windy day --I was far from pleased,I was not happy to have it suggested I misunderstaood the instructions-- why would I make up a story like this? Staff were on the whole friendly-- my mishap is perhaps a staff / boss problem and I was caught in crossfire. My opinion of Liverpool Airport-- take a coat as car park rules are made 100% to disadvantage both passengers and companies like IN2

It seems to me that it's "a man and a van" outfit. We arrived at the time we stated, but had to wait around 25 minutes just to be checked in. There was only one guy both checking people in and moving their cars! The coach is a 10- seater, which is fine if you only have 10 people waiting at any one time, but when I arrived there were around 15 waiting, plus four more. On the plus side, it is only 5 minutes away from the airport, and on return we were picked up within 15 minutes. My advice would be to turn up as early as possible.

I've used IN2 several times before and always found them friendly, informal, good value but nevertheless very efficient. On my latest trip the standards dropped. We rang the depot only to find them on answerphone. When the minibus arrived a passenger was invited to squeeze in by sitting on my case! I had to find and fetch my car in the car park. Hopefully, this was a one-off bad day

Reasonable long wait for transfer both on arrival and departure. Whilst in storage picked up a large nail in front tyre resulting in a puncture. Otherwise service was good, clean vehicles for transfers, friendly and efficent service. Fair price, may have just been unlucky.

Overall the experience was good. There was a short delay (10 mins) when we returned both collecting us and having the car ready to drive away.

I would definitly put 5 only for one thing. I phoned them as soon as we landed as we had not suitcases to pick up and were told ten to fifteen minutes and be by the yellow submarine in the drop off zone. As my husband is not too well we waited inside the terminal building where he could sit down and then made our way over to the pick up point. We waited a good ten minutes there and when the mini bus came the driver took the people who had were already there, so in all we landed at 10.10 pm and got picked up at ten to eleven. When we came into pick the car keys up the comment was made you should have been on the previous mini bus. I suggest when people ring they are given a number and the driver shouts those numbers out because anyone with children should not have to stand in the cold.

Not very inspiring. Transport tatty, not enough space on the mini bus and car not ready on arrival, despite having phoned half an hour before.
