Great service, simple and easy instructions to find car park, staff all friendly and very helpful, would definitely recommend.

Faultless service. Easy quick drop off. Car waiting on arrival. No fee in car park. Have used before and would use again.

Sad to say that upon our return to Luton on 19th August, when contacted after we cleared all baggage/customs etc, the operative said it would be at least 25 minutes for the return of our car. Not very good. But as it turns out it was 45 minutes until it arrived. During this time we made several phone calls where we were told our car was minutes away. As we only live 40 minutes from Luton I could have been home before my car was returned to me, and all this for the bargain price of £95. The service is absolutely rubbish and I not use again.

The overall service is good. However I received my car back with damage on this occassion to one of the wheels, have emailed notifying the relevant department but am yet to get a response.

Only bug was trying to find park and pick up point as was not clear and no signs to assist, I would have thought a diagram explaining would be cheap, easy, and helpful to customers!

I have used Park & Go a few times now and have never had any problems, the website is easy to use and the drivers are friendly and polite. I will continue to use these guys in the future.
