Luton 247 Airport Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

The service was excellent and recommended, but deducting a star for not telling us *which* airport car park to drive to, which could have been a costly mistake as there is no grace period when you drive into either of the two on-site car parks. How hard, would it have been to say: Go to Car Park 1, Level 3?

Would not turn out to take possession of the car at 4am so I left iit with blue circle. When I picked the car up 247 demanded £20 because I left the car a day late.I did ring on the 28th and was told the booking was okay. I have used and sent other people to use 247. NEVER AGAIN.

Great service! Immediate response on arrival at the car park to drop the keys at the closest car park to the terminal. Very fast response on arrival back. Had just walked out of the terminal building and arrived at the car park and the car was delivered back within 1-2 minutes. Absolutely brilliant service. Thanks you.

Worst meet and greet service over ever used. Made me late for flight as they couldn't find booking, arguing the point even though they had the booking, then took 25mins to collect car upon return. Won't be using them again.

Excellent service throughout. Communications were good with the drivers and even though I had made a mistake on pick up times, this was not a problem. Highly recommended and having been booking through Park and Go for over 7 years, I’m always happy with the service they provide.

Have booked through Park and Go for parking at Luton Airport for years and never had a problem - would highly recommend them.

Did as promised and no waiting.

All good as usual, although our car had a flat tyre when we collected it. Staff quickly found a pump to fill with air.

We called 20 minutes before arriving as asked, when we arrived there was no one there to greet us, after waiting around for 20 minutes in the freezing cold I went to one of the other companies there, they had our details and asked me to leave my keys with them, I wasn’t happy but had no choice or would of missed our flight, even worse on return, I called the number when we landed and was told there was no one to bring our car to us, we had to meet this man and he drove us 10 minutes away to some grotty compound where I assume they leave the cars when you’re away, no apology nothing didn’t have a clue where we was, it was pitch black pouring with rain and freezing cold. Will never be using this company again.

Excellent, from the lovely lady at the office who helped me book to the staff at the airport who could not have been any nicer.
