Luton 247 Airport Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL PICK UIP EXPERIENCE WHERE THEY ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME AROUND 50% EXTRA AS OUR PLANE WAS LATE. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE EXIT CARD AND THINGS GOT HEATED. THEY THEN DROVE OFF WITH THE EXIT CARD AS I REFUSED TO PAY. I CANNOT PRAISE THE LUTON AIRPORT PARKING ATTENDANT ON DUTY THAT NIGHT ENOUGH WHO WAS VERY EMPATHETIC AND ONLY CHARGED ME THE 30 MINUTE RATE WHICH WAS STILL CONSIDERABLY LESS THAN THEY WANTED. ALL IN ALL VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

The service worked okay however there were delays at both ends. When dropping the car off I think we had to wait around 10 to 15 minutes for a representative to arrive. Upon our return to the UK, although we had telephoned as soon as we collected our luggage, upon reaching the car park we had to wait for 10 to 15 minutes for our car to be returned. Our previous experiences at Stansted airport had been much quicker than this.

Hassle free as always. Driver was there to meet us on drop off and collection, so no hanging around. Excellent service.

We had no issues dropping our car off or picking it up. Not much more I can add to that. Does what it says on the tin!!!

Terrible service! Had to wait 50 mins for car (1hr 20 mins from initial call) ! Would have been quicker to get the bus. I followed all the instructions carefully and called twice - at 00:41am on landing and again at 01:10am after collecting luggage but the car didn't arrive until 2am! It was cold, windy and the kids were very tired. The whole point of booking this was I thought it would be quicker than the bus!!! I won't be using this service again.

Really great service. Dropped off the car in the multi-storey beside the terminal building. One minute to handover the car. On the return, just a minute or so to wait and the car was then returned to me. Friendly and very efficient service. Will use again.

When we arrived at the airport there was no-one from the parking company to meet us. It took 4 calls to get anybody to come and take the cars. During the first call I was informed that my names were not on the meet and greet list. I later spoke to representatives of another company who told me the operatives had been there but left about 30 minutes before we arrived and that my name was on the list as they had left the list with them. In a subsequent call I was asked to leave my car keys with the representative of another company and that they would be collected later. I will not be recommending Luton 247 to anyone.
