Luton 247 Airport Parking - Meet and Greet Reviews

Had to wait around 15 mins for the man to pick up our key. Was not a massive problem, but as we had 4 children with us it could've been better. Coming home we were told to wait in disabled as it was 5 mins wait instead of 15mins - again time was midnight so dark and we had 4 children so not ideal as we didn't really know where to go. But still better to use this service than the offsite one where you have to get a bus - especially when you are coming back at an unsocial time!

The signs for the meet and greet area are clear to follow, even during this messy alteration time at Luton airport. The staff were friendly and courteous both on the phone and when taking/bringing my car. I was advised on landing back about a slight change to the area parking which was really helpful and my car arrived back the same time as me. Excellent service I'd recommend.

Drop off was good but collection was slow. The operator was concerned about the ticket expiring and we waited in the rain for 10 minutes. I don't like the new layout - being furthest away from the terminal

This company went above and beyond the call of duty, drove us to the nearest petrol station incase we couldn't find it!!! highly recommend.

Absolute dream. Easy and so fast. Dropped car off with full paperwork. Walked to terminal and went on holiday stress free. Came home and car waiting after a simple phone call. Will definitely use again with full recommendation! Thumbs up!
