No problem parking, notices with space availble on them to make it helpfull. Very little time to wait for a bus. No fuss on our return. first class service. This is the first time parking at luton, and will use again when needed THANK YOU.

Good service overall. My only "gripe" is that the instructions on the voucher regarding car collection are out of date. The Car Parking Customer Service desk is no longer in the terminal building at Luton. Exiting the car park means either returning to the Customer Service desk inside the car park itself OR collecting the car, driving it to the exit barrier and then requesting assistance over the intercom. Hardly a major issue but a point of detail that could easily be put right.
