I had a very good experience, both when leaving the car and during pick up. The bus location is quite far from the terminal but this is just the way Luton is set up.

Usual hassle free experience, drop your keys in the office and jump on the minibus to the airport terminal. Simple phone call on arrival back, bus collects you and drops you at the office to collect your car, which has been made easily available to drive away. Simple service and value for money.
