Very good. Helpful staff --- particularily the girl on reception when we returned to find we had a flat tyre and by the time the recovery people had fixed it our ticket had expired and we couldn't open the gate. She sorted it very quickly -- thankyou.

I could not exit the car park because the bar code on the card issued was not recognised at the barrier gate.An attendant came and tried but also failed.This caused a queue of cars behind me.To ease the situation I drove up the kerb to pass around the barrier arm.

The pick up service on our return to Manchester was appalling. We waited over 30 minutes with about 20 other disatisfied people for the bus to pick us up. My husband rang them twice to ask where they were, to be told on both occasions that they would be with us shortly. Two people gave up and got a taxi to the car park. They eventually turned up at 9.30 pm with not even an apology. Surely they monitor the incoming flights - they certainly do at Leeds/Bradford as they are waiting outside for you. We will be looking elsewhere next time we have to use Manchester.

Very good service and I have always been happy with the facilities provided. But now there have been improvements to the service offered being the exit barrier and the gold ticket you are provided with on your outbound journey. This ticket advises you of your pickup point for your return, is to be used for the transfer bus and then the exit barrier in the car park. I believe this has improved the service even more. Excellent.
