Reviewed on 21st June 2018It's OK, efficient services but the company should invest in training their staff as they come across as not the most friendly lot. Drivers are helpful and more friendly. On the way back and during rush hour, I asked whether he could take us through another route before we left the airport, as the M56 was queuing according to Google Maps. He said there was no other alternative route to get to the car park which is not true but might not be his fault. The traffic was not horrendous but had it been worse, we could have ended up stuck for a while. Perhaps the company could allow the driver to go through an alternative route to avoid traffic. Just a suggestion.
