I was a little sceptical at first with the price and some of the comments, however, after trying it, I was quite impressed and would happily use them again. Just make sure you note the arrival and transfer times, you need an hour to drop of the car, sign in, and get to the airport.

One word describes it, EXCELLENT. The service, people, and the return pick-up was within 2/3 mins of my phone call once again EXCELLENT.

On line booking very simple. Arrived in middle of the night but staff were waiting and processed us quickly. Took all of 10 minutes from arriving to drop off at airport. On return, collected luggage and by the time we got to pick up point, bus was waiting for us by name. Better than a private taxi. Excellent courteous service from start to finish. My husband is a wheelchair user and so there is always concern about access difficulties. However, no worries there. From the moment we arrived we were very well looked after in a friendly and sensitive way. The car was parked and returned to us at reception and we received help with baggage and the wheelchair - all for a very competitive daily rate. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to other travellers and shall certainly be using it again next time we fly from Manchester.

Used Budget Park and Ride for the first time and found the operation to be very good value for money and would certainly use again. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Transportation to the airport was in modern comfortable vehicles and the waiting time both for transportation to and collection from the airport, was very reasonable. The only slight criticism I have is that the surface of the car park is not tarmaced and might be a bit of a pain for anyone wearing high heels.

Excellent service prompt pick up on our return. Only 5 mins from the airport. would recommend without hesitation. We will be defo using again.

Car Park was good - easily found with directions from internet. Pleased with option to keep your own keys. Prompt bus service did not have to wait long. We decided to keep our own keys - only issue was that on our return to the car park we were surrounded by cars and it was difficult to maneuver out of the space and around the corners to exit the car park. Around one of the corners there was a gap of 1cm around either side of the car.

My husband and i will use budget park and ride again, there was no hanging around after we had cleared customs collected our luggage rang the number we were given we were picked up and back at our car 15 minutes tops. Really Pleased.
