First time weve used this service and wouldnt hesitate to use this again, very efficient.

Excellent service and price at the time when we used it (End of June 2010), would recommend it to everyone.

We found this service to be excellent 5 mins transfer to Manchester airport in a minibus no hassle nice staff

I like the idea staff park your own vehicle and checks are carried out on arrival and departure.Transfer to and from the airport was smooth and no problems with our pickup, there were 10 of us.Price is right and overall experience was spot on. Job well done.

Hassle free departure service but on return we had to wait 40 mins for pick-up after being told he was on his way and would be there in 5-10 mins. We were told the minibus had a flat tyre but when the driver arrived he said they were just busy "it's been one of those days!". Don't really want to be sitting outside M'cr airport with all the luggage for 40 mins after 11hr flight from San Francisco, do you?

Journey to the airport was ok. A minibus was waiting when we arrived although they had a little difficulty finding us somewhere to park. The driver was polite and well dressed. The return pick was a different matter altogether. In fairness to first response we were delayed getting through baggage reclaim, although we did contact them to advise them of the situation, but it was obvious they did not have enough manpower to pick everyone up in a prompt manner. It was over an hour before they got to us. We had to walk to pick up point F (furthest point away from the the terminal). A family picked up with us were asked to have one of their children on their knee which they refused meaning a one of the first response staff was left at the airport! The staff were not particularly friendly and seemed very flustered. When we got back to the car park the driver gave us the code to lift the barrier because he needed to get back to the airport for more pick ups, not very secure at all. Our impression was that they had either too few staff working or had taken too much work on. Can't recommend them and wouldn't use them again.

Everything went very smoothly, verry friendly and efficient staff took excellent care of us. Highly delighted with the personal touch!
