Excellent service - no waiting around, very prompt on drop off and pick up. Easy to find car park and not far away from the airport

Only problem was on return from holiday where we followed your instructions and waited to get all our luggage before phoning you to get picked up from your pick up point. You informed me that other people had already phoned you to get picked up as I expected when we got to the pick up point we were 1st there and after about 5 mins the other party arrived and stood in front of where we were standing and tried to get on the mini bus when it turned up 1st which was annoying and caused significant tension between everyone at the pick up point. My suggestion would be to inform people when they phone through to go to the pick up station and form an orderly line/queue, andwait to be picked up in order. Hope this helps, Paul

Excellent first class service, very courteous and helpful. Only 5 mins from all terminals, quick phone call upon arrival and was collected immediately.

The experience was very good. The staff were very helpful and efficient. The service was prompt with very little waiting time. I will certainly use it again.

The car park was close and very safe. I would have given 4 or 5 out of 5 but for the fact that when I called to be picked up I was told the driver would be 5 to 10 minutes, he eventually after 2 more phone calls turned up after 35 minutes of me being stood in the rain!

I used Park & Go for the first time last week and was exceedingly pleased with the service. The car park is really 5 minutes from the airport and was easy to locate from the information provided. We did not have to wait for the pickup service on the way back it was outside as promised. The driver who took us to the airport and the pickup driver were pleasant chatty and informative. Thank you Park & Go I will certainly use you again.
