Reviewed on 4th October 2010Our departure was marred by a chaotic reception onto the site with a lot of people coming and going in freezing temperatures with us standing around for nearly 30 mins. By contrast to that our pick up on return was prompt and efficient.So an average review seems fair,

Reviewed on 19th September 2010PRO'S: Cheap CONS: Parking was far too tight - too many cars in too smaller space. Pick up time from the airport was approximately 1 hour. Having just flown for 11 hrs and about to start a 5 hour car journey home, the wait was not particularly welcome.

Reviewed on 6th August 2010The car park was close and very safe. I would have given 4 or 5 out of 5 but for the fact that when I called to be picked up I was told the driver would be 5 to 10 minutes, he eventually after 2 more phone calls turned up after 35 minutes of me being stood in the rain!

Reviewed on 4th July 2010Hassle free departure service but on return we had to wait 40 mins for pick-up after being told he was on his way and would be there in 5-10 mins. We were told the minibus had a flat tyre but when the driver arrived he said they were just busy "it's been one of those days!". Don't really want to be sitting outside M'cr airport with all the luggage for 40 mins after 11hr flight from San Francisco, do you?
