Drop off was OK although we had to wait approx 15 mins despite having phoned 20 mins before arrival. On return we phoned after retrieving our bags and were told 20 min wait (very busy - midnight on a Sunday??). After 30 minutes I rang again to be told the driver was on his way. It was a further 30 minutes after that (where was he coming from?) that the car finally arrived. Having waited an hour the car was wet which was strange as the day had been dry. On closer inspection it was obvious that the car had been parked under a tree and it was covered in bird droppings and tree sap. The wetness appears to have been a half hearted attempt to remove the worst. Driver offered no apology and was quite rude. Won’t be using this company again.

Outgoing. Very quick to meet us and car handover very quick. Return. With us within a few minutes and again very quick handover and car no problems. We will use them again.

Driver was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived. He checked the car and helped us with bags. Gave us instructions for our return. On return rang as instructed we were told the car would be there in 5 minutes the driver arrived bang on time with a clean car. We have used this service several times always courteous and helpful, will definitely use again.

The outward journey was a nightmare. We followed instructions and rang before arriving at the airport, only to be told that we were early, then this was corrected to we were very early as the time they had was our departure time. We confirmed the time on our voucher and it was conceded that they did not have an up to date one. We were asked to call on arrival, when I did so the response was as if I was bothering them. I then had to wait at least 45 minutes. When I was told that someone would be with me in the next 5 mins, they didn't arrive for another 15! Having set off in plenty of time for my flight, I was now getting close to the time for embarkation. Our car was collected from us leaving us with only 30 mins to drop off our bags and go through security. Not a good start to our holiday. Fortunately, the experience was much better and smoother on our return which is why I gave not given the lowest rating.
