Terminal 3 is the smallest at Manchester but still has enough variety to cater for the traveller’s needs. There are plenty of delicious food options waiting to satisfy your taste buds.

When it comes to dining choices, you'll be spoiled for choice. From quick bites to sit-down meals, Terminal 3 has got it all. Whether you're craving a juicy burger, a flavourful pasta or a fresh salad, there's something for everyone.

Now, let me give you some restaurant recommendations.

If you're in the mood for some hearty British pub grub, head over to The Lion and Antelope. Where does the name come from you might ask, if you have a look at Manchester’s coat of arms, all will become clear. They serve up classic dishes like fish and chips and burgers and if you have an early one, a traditional English breakfast. Maybe washed down with some local JW Lees beer that will leave you feeling satisfied and ready for your journey.

The Nook is a premium bar with runway views. With wines, spirits, craft lagers and light bites on offer, it’s a little oasis away from the crowds.

Breakfast favourites, and vegan or gluten free options are on the menu at Hanger café bar including the “Hanger Cheeseburger”.

Trattoria Milano will give you a taste of Italy (the name is a bit of a giveaway). Pasta to pizza, calzone to frittata. There’s even 15 minutes “pronto menu” if time is a little tight.

The kids (or adults) might crave the familiar KFC. Serving the full KFC menu, classics and wraps, burgers and of course chicken boxes, buckets and side dishes. Certainly ticks the box!!

Traditional British deli fare including pastries, bread, pies and sausages can be yours at Pork & Pickle. Bon Appetit!!

Don’t forget the coffee fix. Costa and Café Nero have got you covered before boarding.

Shopping is limited to essentials from Boots and WH Smiths. Stock up on the toiletries you couldn’t get through security or pick up some holiday reading when you’re lounging round the pool.

No matter which restaurant you choose at Terminal 3, I can assure you that the airport dining experience here is far from boring or bland. So go ahead and treat yourself to a delicious meal before your flight.
