Excellant service, very pleased, although the card used did not work it was very quickly sorted. The shuttle bus was excellent, would recommend and use again.

Very efficient service at a reasonable price. A hassle free way to start and end a trip. No more taxi's or expecting friends or family to to the drop off/pick up for me in future. Will be using again and will recommend to friends.

Cheap and regularly serviced. No one drives your car. Gate security coped efficiently with a gate power cut, so no one was delayed. Recommended.

Initially we were restricted from getting into the Car Park - because we hadn't got the Credit Card (used for booking). There was no prior mention that we sahould have it with us! Also the guy on the intercom was very unhelpful. On our return - the car battery was flat - as we'd left an interior light on. As it was 1 degree C (and we'd come back from Mexico) - we headed for the control room. A very kind lady (Sue) made us a cuppa - and got the complementary AA Engineer to sort us out! Many thanks!
