it was good pick and drop service with in resonable time, there was no delay, only thing is to improve that there was no numbering written to remember where is your car parked which cab be improved easily

We had quite along wait for the minibus following our return to Manchester, otherwise the service was fine.

Great price, great location. Most of the staff was very friendly. Even the crazy driver that picked us up from the airport was friendly. Only problem was that we had to wait at the airport for about 15 minutes for someone to pick us up.

Very easy to find from the motorway and an efficient operation with prompt transfer to the airport and a prompt pick up when telephoned upon return. Only minor niggle was that it was not explained that one had to wait in the car and then follow the transfer minibus to the parking area which led to some slight initial confusion. Apart from that all OK and good value for money.

We had a very good experience. We weren't at the car park more than 5 mins before being on our way in the minibus. On the way back, the minibus was outside by the time we found the stop.

We found Securapark excellent base to park car for airport and staff very helpful, only complaint was being parked on top storey and arriving home in the dark that there was insufficient lighting to be able to see to load luggage etc. in the car. More lighting on the top storey should be considered.

First rate, will definately use again.
