Reviewed on 11th November 20191st time we have used T2 West multi storey car park, we chose it as it was quite cheap & is walking distance to all terminals. We were travelling from T3 & it is quite a walk but relatively easy going due to the airbridge, it took us about 15 minutes to walk. There is also a bus but as it was cold & raining we chose to walk rather than wait in the rain. The car park itself is great with lots of lifts and reasonable sized spaces. We inadvertently entered the wrong registration number on Park & Go website so the camera obviously wouldn't open the barrier for us but a quick push on the help button summoned up a real human who quickly sorted the problem for us. I would say though if Park & Go had a registration number check at the time of booking then this sort of problem could be avoided.

Reviewed on 3rd July 2019Very good parking, however took me 30 minuets to get out. The barrier lifted when we got there but tried to charge us 679.00 to leave as barrier didn't lift up. When speaking to someone on the phone they had no record of us on their system. Luckily I had my booking details with me and finally after nearly 30 minutes they let us out, I will think twice again re this car park. I have always booked with you and never had a problems at all in other airports, Liverpool and terminal 1 Manchester. It was very annoying as people were cuing behind.

Reviewed on 29th June 2019Booking 6 weeks in advance. I turned up to the car park with the system having no knowledge of my booking. Once I got in and parked I called park&go, they apologised and insured me my booking would be sent over to the car park and I will have no problems leaving the car park 2 weeks later. We tried to leave 2 weeks later at 5am. Barrier did not lift so we pressed the help button. Car park attendant had no info on my booking after taking all my details. Said we had to pay the £675 to exit. After a long flight, 2 young kids in the back. A lot of back and forth questions and a 30 min wait he let us out the car park. Not happy at all.
