Excellent again, no worries re taxi not arriving, waiting for a bus, finding your car on a massive car park in the rain! Best way of travelling to and from the airport. Will defiantly use the service again 10/10

I have used Premier parking many times before and not had a problem. This time was awful. I had to wait 45 minutes for my car and the airport was not busy. My car had been parked under trees and brought back full of pine needles stuck with the sap from the tree. The bodywork was all sticky. The wheel arches were muddy and there had been no attempt to clean the car. I complained still at the airport and offered a free valet next time I used them. The delivery driver left and the problem was mine. After numerous mails and calls the Premier receptionist put the phone down on me and told me to ring back later. Park and Go tried to help but Premier Parking gave anything but a Premier service and even worse when it came to customer service. Don't take it for granted your car will be on hard standing locally as it could be on an overflow car park in Moberly. I will never use Premier Parking again.

My dash camera was disconnected when my car was delivered and all the files from the camera card from my delivery date were missing??? Dried mud on carpets and pedal well and on door sill.

Never used this service before so we were a little sceptical. However, there was absolutely no need to be. This really is a first class service. They were there to greet us at the airport on arrival and on telephoning them on landing it took less than 10 mins for them to return our car. Would definitely recommend this service and no hesitation in using them again. Excellent value for money.
