Used Park and Go in May for first time,Sat Nav took us straight there,security at gate explained where to go,when booking in i had to give my return flight details,then waited in my car for about 5 mins until the bus came and loaded our cases,wife joined every one else on the bus whilst we 4 drivers followed the bus as he pointed out our parking spaces,parked up,making sure i left the car in gear handbrake off,locked up and wrote down my location on the ticket i was given for our return.Taken to Terminal,a driver couldnt remember his terminal and started to rummage through his bag but the bus driver could tell him which terminal from the airline he was flying with. Return was as straight forward,rang the number on leaving the terminal building,went to the designated area which was out the doors over the road,turn left walk about 100 yards and wait at the bus shelter.Waited 10 mins and was picked up with another two couples and taken back to my car.It was all so simple,no fuss,no problems.

We have used this car park several times now. It is very easy to find (epecially in the dark. We drive down from the northwest), has excellent security, good shuttle service, and the staff are always friendly and very helpful. Recommended.

Excellent service, use Park & Go everytime we fly abroad, reliable, friendly and secure, transfer bus maybe a little shabby but hey it runs and it's on time with friendly and helpful drivers..

We have used your service last few years and have been very happy with the service,however this time i was dissapointed at the wait for a transfer from the airport back to the car.We were waiting over 40 minutes in the cold at midnight the driver told us he would be with us in twenty mins. if he had to be so late he should have told us and we could have waited in the airport.

When we arrived at the car park we had to wait 30 mins for the coach to arrive.It was 4.00 in the morning so was still dark and was quite intimidating as there was nobody else around. The coaches were old and quite dirty inside.Perhaps this is why the price for the service was quite a bit cheaper than other ones.

Every thing about this parking arrangement was for us just right from price to security we stayed for 6 weeks so we really tested it to the full thankyou
