Reviewed on 15th August 2010It was disappoining on return as we had to wait in the cold and rain for the bus to pick us up. It would help if they provided a shelter at the pick-up point and it was not a disance to walk to the pick-up point. Outgoing journey was fine.

Reviewed on 21st July 2010Need to have a phone next to INTERNATIONAL ARRIVALS. Would save having to walk ALL the way to DOMESTIC ARRIVALS.

Reviewed on 28th February 2010Everyone very pleasant and took us to and from airport very quickly but drop off point at far end of airport and when its snowing and you have two sets of golf clubs as well as your cases etc not very good. I do appreciate this may well be the airport security.

Reviewed on 23rd February 2010Your service is great. I use your Newcastle park at least 6 times a year but I have to admit your 'meet and greet' charge has increased to make it totally unfeasable. 13 week ago it was £15 now its £25. Spoils a good service.
