My first time - this was very convenient and highly recommended. A member of the team was ready for us when we reached, the process took 2 minutes and we were in the terminal in less than 5 minutes. The return was also like this. I will be using this service in future - thank you. Safe and convenient parking.

First time using the meet and greet service, it is so easy. Literally park up, a member of staff comes out and takes your keys, you go into the reception area and are given a ticket and off you go. Upon return, hand over your ticket to get your keys back and you're informed of which bay your vehicle is parked in. So easy and stress free. Will definitely use this service again in future. Thank you!

Newcastle Meet & Greet provides a great service. Easy drop off close to terminal. Car returned to numbered parking slot in same location. Staff efficient and friendly .

First time I’ve used this and was met by a very helpful attendant as l drove in to the parking lane. He very kindly obtained a trolley for me and explained what l had to do regarding my car key and showed me the entrance where l was to report to, to to be signed in. A simple and easy process with a very short walk to the terminal. Upon my return in the early hours of the morning, a very quick and efficient process of collecting my car key and locating my car, with easy access to the boot for suitcases. Excellent experience and service. I shall use this service again. Thank you to all the team who were all extremely helpful and cheerful throughout my experience.

I enjoyed an excellent service from the Newcastle parking team. One of the team was there waiting on my arrival and assisted with cases. The receptionist was friendly and dealt with the dropping of the keys quickly. The covered reception was close to the airport as stated. On our return I received my keys without delay and was guided to where my car was parked waiting my departure. Would definitely use again.
