Reviewed on 21st September 2023Excellent - best meet & greet service ever. drive through the scanner to check your car condition. park in the bay and proceed to building to hand over keys and get receipt. car is parked on the site. very smooth process and in the terminal building within minutes. Will definitely use again at Newcastle Airport.

Reviewed on 17th July 2023the booking made through Park and Go was excellent. We arrived at Newcastle airport at 4.30am and were met at the barrier to take photos of car. After short time proceeded to drop off lane, was met by a friendly member of staff who told us the procedure.He asked and got us a wheeled trolley for our cases. On return, our flight was delayed by 6 hours due to air strike and when we arrived the attendant was sympathetic and advised what bay my car was in and said to have a pleasant drive back to Glasgow. Overall a great experience and would have no hesitation in using both companies, again-first class.

Simple hand over and as described 2 minutes walk with cases to airline check in desks. Vehicle ready on return with friendly staff.

Reviewed on 8th May 2023We required special assistance on our return flight. We were met by people who guided us from the aircraft to our car in the Meet and Greet car park. It was great for us as we are an aged couple. We had the same service when we left Majorca.
