First time using the meet and greet service, it is so easy. Literally park up, a member of staff comes out and takes your keys, you go into the reception area and are given a ticket and off you go. Upon return, hand over your ticket to get your keys back and you're informed of which bay your vehicle is parked in. So easy and stress free. Will definitely use this service again in future. Thank you!

A very smooth Operation. Car dropped off without any problems early hours of the morning and a short walk to the Terminal. Collection just as easy. Would recommend to anyone.

Newcastle Meet & Greet provides a great service. Easy drop off close to terminal. Car returned to numbered parking slot in same location. Staff efficient and friendly .

First time I’ve used this and was met by a very helpful attendant as l drove in to the parking lane. He very kindly obtained a trolley for me and explained what l had to do regarding my car key and showed me the entrance where l was to report to, to to be signed in. A simple and easy process with a very short walk to the terminal. Upon my return in the early hours of the morning, a very quick and efficient process of collecting my car key and locating my car, with easy access to the boot for suitcases. Excellent experience and service. I shall use this service again. Thank you to all the team who were all extremely helpful and cheerful throughout my experience.

I enjoyed an excellent service from the Newcastle parking team. One of the team was there waiting on my arrival and assisted with cases. The receptionist was friendly and dealt with the dropping of the keys quickly. The covered reception was close to the airport as stated. On our return I received my keys without delay and was guided to where my car was parked waiting my departure. Would definitely use again.

Excellent - best meet & greet service ever. drive through the scanner to check your car condition. park in the bay and proceed to building to hand over keys and get receipt. car is parked on the site. very smooth process and in the terminal building within minutes. Will definitely use again at Newcastle Airport.
