Reviewed on 15th May 2017Booked through Jet2.com it was a bit disconcerting to find on the morning of travel when I rang in Park & Ride weren't expecting me & had no record of my booking. The situation was quickly rectified on arrival. But for this hiccup I'd have given top rating. It is a wonderful system with short, easy access to the airport & the car ready & waiting on our return. I wouldn't want to use any other system. Thank you!

Reviewed on 15th July 2010The service was quick and efficient and the cheapest of all the quotes. However make sure you have a pound coin on your return to uk as you need this to exit the car pick up point.

Reviewed on 7th July 2010Dropping car off was fine but when we picked up the car from the drop off point we had to pay £1 to get out of the drop off area. In my opinion this should be included in the price you pay as I was not aware of this and also not told by the girl who brought the car back to us.

Reviewed on 23rd August 2009Great going there as rang when we were about 15 mins away and we arrived at the airport drop off and the driver helped get our cases out of the car and then took our car away. However coming back we were advised to ring BEFORE we got our luggage and when we did we were told to ring AFTER we had collected it. Consequently this meant we waited around for the driver for about 15 minutes and when you have come from a foreign country boasting temperatures of around 45 degrees back to Newcastle with rain and around 16 degrees we were perishing. I would still use this service again however.

Reviewed on 11th July 2009Good service, the meet and greet bit removes a lot of hassle of going from plane to bus then finding your car. The only negative aspect is that my car came back really filthy and looked as though pigeons had been nesting above where it had been parked!!
