Newcastle Meet and Greet Reviews

Great going there as rang when we were about 15 mins away and we arrived at the airport drop off and the driver helped get our cases out of the car and then took our car away. However coming back we were advised to ring BEFORE we got our luggage and when we did we were told to ring AFTER we had collected it. Consequently this meant we waited around for the driver for about 15 minutes and when you have come from a foreign country boasting temperatures of around 45 degrees back to Newcastle with rain and around 16 degrees we were perishing. I would still use this service again however.

Excellent service called 2mins from airport and meet and greet were waiting on us to arrive, drop off outside terminal, courteous driver.

Brilliant service! Would highly recommend to anyone. Will definitely use this for next holiday.

Good service, the meet and greet bit removes a lot of hassle of going from plane to bus then finding your car. The only negative aspect is that my car came back really filthy and looked as though pigeons had been nesting above where it had been parked!!

On arriving after my holiday we had to wait 20 mins for our car to be brought, and with 5 children to deal with i thought it was a long time to wait, secondly, there had been approx 11 miles extra on the clock than when i left it at the beginning of our holidays, this criticism is of a constuctive nature, to improve your already excellent service. frank atkin

On arriving at newcastle airport for the start of our hols we were kept waiting, even though we followed the correct procedure. On our return, we were again kept waiting for the return of our car after following the correct procedure, the service was unacceptable.

Great service, simple very convenient.

This service is exceptional with the driver waiting to take your car on arrival and on your return your car ready outside with no waiting at all. The drivers are very polite and when you ring the depot the staff are very helpful. We will be using this service again.

I have used "Meet & Greet" services at several airports now & find it the most convenient way to park when away on holiday. Uniformed staff were courteous & efficient & made for a relatively smooth start & end to a holiday / business trip. It would be best however if staff were actually waiting at the airport when you arrive rather than waiting for them to arrive!! I thought that was the whole point of the service!? I called as instructed 10 minutes before my arrival but still had to wait for staff to arrive.
