Excellent long stay car parking at Newcastle. So easy to use, on arrival drive through the barrier & collect your ticket. Car parks clearly marked full, so just drive to next available car park. All car parks have been resurfaced since last visit (pre-covid) We arrived at 4am and courtesy bus was in use but we walked to terminal building, which took 5 minutes. On departure from airport, drive to exit barrier & number plate recognition is in use, so barrier opened automatically. Excellent facilities for a fair price. Will use again.

Parked here for 1 week. It was a great experience with no issues presented from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Very large car parks with plenty of parking spaces. It was a short walk to the terminal building or you can request their courtesy coach to collect you at the designated bus stops around the car park! Thanks for a hassle free parking experience :)

Thank you to Newcastle Airport car park staff . Park and go , no problems , wrong date put on ticket ( my fault) staff were brilliant and helped me out ! Great service.

Security was good. When you arrived you had to drive around and find a space (took us about 15 to 20 minutes to find one) not so good. Bus picked us up okay and dropped us off right outside the departure good. Coming back however is not so good you have to wait we’re they dropped you off (no shelter) no way to let them know you are there, you just wait and hope the bus comes past, in the end we walked and it was quite a way. Not good.

The car park areas very dark at night, the letters indicating car parks are not lit so very difficult to see at night. Lots of people confused .

Location, it’s okay but mentioned “bus transfer” it’s a joke . Actually I don’t think is existing.

First time I’ve done it but I will do it again. 👍Was financially worth it and better still once you have your luggage you have a 2 minutes walk and your in the comfort of your own car heading home 👍👏

No information at all about the old park and go car park being closed. This isn’t helpful at 4am in torrential rain . Then having to try and sort out where to park. I’m very disappointed with park and go , as I’ve used them for over 15 years
