Very efficient service. We arrived, parked & were in the airport terminal within 10 minutes. We had a similar experience on our return, the transfer minibus was awaiting us & we were back with our car within minutes. The staff were all very friendly - would definately use Park & Go again & recommend to anyone.

The reception was friendly amd quick with everything ready to receive my car. The transfer to the airport was also efficient. There was a very short wait for a transfer bus back to the carpark. The driver dropped us off, together with our luggage, virtually next to my car. A quick visit to the office to collect my key and we were on our way home much more quickly than at any other UK airport where I have parked my car

I would certainly use park and fly again as it is close to the airport. The transfer is very short and swift. On our return the transfer bus was waiting outside the terminal when we had got our luggage from the carousel and we were very quickly back in our car and on the road home. Can certainly recommend this car park for anyone using Newcaste airport.
