On Airport Car Park Reviews

Awful... I pulled up at the barrier at 02.00 hrs and it wouldn't lift, the apnr didn't recognise the car registration, after speaking to an attendant he told me I wasn’t on the system and to take a ticket and on my return tell them my booking reference number again and they will let me out. I returned, took my place in the queue to get out, nothing, no raised barrier, spoke to the attendant again, sorry we have no record of you or your car, can you come back to the terminal please, hmmm, the 8 cars behind me weren’t overly chuffed at me having to reverse. The airport customer service people were brilliant, checked all the paperwork and told me to drive back to the barrier and they would raise it for me. Will this review get submitted, let’s see.
