Reviewed on 30th January 2020Good price, only one problem, car park had no record of my reference number so had to wait at the gate for someone to check paperwork which took around 15 minutes before they would lift barriers to let me out.

Reviewed on 10th October 2017Very easy, just drive up to barrier and was auto issued a ticket, self parked car, however on return we should have just been able to drive out when we put thE ticket in but wouldn’t let us, pressed help and the gentleman said he would let us out on this occasion but he said we had booked meet and greet and there should have been an extra charge. I did not book meet and greet and my confirmation email didn’t say meet and greet but besides that fact we got sorted at no extra cost.

I pulled up at the barrier at 02.00 hrs and it wouldn't lift, the apnr didn't recognise the car registration, after speaking to an attendant he told me I wasn’t on the system and to take a ticket and on my return tell them my booking reference number again and they will let me out. I returned, took my place in the queue to get out, nothing, no raised barrier, spoke to the attendant again, sorry we have no record of you or your car, can you come back to the terminal please, hmmm, the 8 cars behind me weren’t overly chuffed at me having to reverse. The airport customer service people were brilliant, checked all the paperwork and told me to drive back to the barrier and they would raise it for me. Will this review get submitted, let’s see.
