Security Measures

Don't worry about your car while cruising, either. While you're exploring the oceans, Cruise Parking will be caring for your vehicle in its fully secured car park with CCTV coverage, security fencing and regular patrols throughout the day.

Transfer Information

Transfers operate in-line with all departures and arrivals from Southampton Port. The transfer time is approximately 5 minutes.Transfers included for up to five people. Additional people charged at £5.

Arrival Procedure

Upon arrival at the car park:

1. You will be greeted and checked-in by a member of staff.
2. Your car will then be parked for you and staff will assist you with your luggage.
3. Take the transfer bus operated by Airlynx, to the cruise terminal.

Please ensure you allow sufficient time to complete your vehicle check-in and port transfer.

Return Procedure

On return to Southampton:

1. Proceed directly to the designated coach bays.
2. Take the transfer to the car park operated by Airlynx.
3. Collect your car.

Additional Information

Vehicle restrictions apply, please see more information below for details. Transfers included for up to four people. Additional people charged at £5 each way. Car park only open when cruise ships are departing/returning. Cannot be booked for IOW ferry services. This car park does not accept transit vans, minibuses, motorhomes, caravans and trailers. Vehicles over five metres long will incur a surcharge of £2.00 per day. Arriving less than two hours prior to vessel sailing may result in bus transfer refusal.

Driving Directions

If you have a Sat Nav we strongly recommend that you use it as there are multiple routes that you can take from the M3 and M27.

If you do not have a Sat Nav we recommend the following:

From the M3 - At junction 13, Use the left 2 lanes to take the M27 West exit to So'ton Docks/Bournemouth. Keep left at the fork to continue on Exit 14, follow signs for Southampton/A33

From the M27 - Take Exit 14 following signs for Southampton/A33

Then - Continue onto A27 for 110 yds then at Chilworth Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Bassett Ave/A33 for 1 mile.

At Memorial Roundabout, take the 1st exit and stay on Bassett Ave/A33

Continue on A33 for 1.9 miles.

Use the left 2 lanes to turn slightly left onto Dorset St/A33

At Charlotte Place Roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto St Andrews Rd/A33

After 0.2 mi take a slight right onto Kingsway/A33

Continue on A33 for 0.7 mi

Turn left onto Central Bridge/A3025

Continue on A3025 Toll Road for 0.9 mi

Continue on Portsmouth Rd. to Wharf Rd

Drive to the end of Wharf Road and you'll see the entrance to Cruise Parking Ltd ahead of you.
