Another excellent and efficient service - so easy for dropping off and picking up, not to have the hassle of parking and getting buses to terminal - very reasonable too - this is second time we have used and will definitely book again. Thank you

We arrived on at 4.45am on 3/09/11 at Stansted. We phoned as we left the motorway and were told where to park and that someone would be with us in a few minutes. Another phone call & over 15mins later someone finally came and told us because we booked arrival at 5am they could not pick up earlier.Journeys do not always take the allotted time & so we are supposed to hang about!! On return on 10/09/11 we phoned again at the advised time. We then walked a long distance to the Red car park (had it been raining we would have been soaked) only to have to wait another 10 minutes for our car to arrive. This is hardly a meet & greet service!!

Excellent service. We phoned to advise that we would probably be about 20 mins late due to adverse traffic conditions. They were extremely polite and unflustered and when we did finally arrive they were waiting for us. Our arrival back went like clockwork. Will defintely use them again and would recommend.

Drop off at airport was very good, very friendly guy (at 4.30am!) who picked up the car. Pickup at airport was a bit slow had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes outside for the car to turn up. But not to bad really and I would use Park & Go again.

Excellent service on arrival, but 40 minute wait on return to airport which was unsatisfactory. Also lack of contact and information whilst waiting with me having to make all the phone calls.

Excellent service, nice drivers and happy to use them again in the near future.

Driver prompt on departure, however on arrival back, he turned up with the wrong car which caused a 60 minute delay.

Excellent service. This must be the simplest, most convenient way to deal with airport parking.

Was a brilliant service, driver and car ready as soon as we got to and from the airport. However the Red car park (where you collect your car from) seems to be the further car park from Arrivals. It would have been great if it was from the carpark just outside Arrivals.
