Excellent service prompt efficient saved us plenty of time, my only gripe is that you have to pick your car up from the carpark and have to pay £2.60 to get out, whereas when you give the car they take it from the drop off zone providing you dont call them until you are out of the airport you could be waiting and the giving back of the car can be done in seconds as is the drop off and no extra charges would be taken.

We have used circle meet and greet twice now and on both occasions their service was second to none. On arrival back from holiday we received a welcome back text with a contact phone number. Once we had our cases we rang the number for instructions and were told to go to the red zone short term car park where our car would be there in about 7 minutes, which it was. You will have to pay the £2.60 to exit the car park.

2nd time using the service, very polite, prompt answering of phone, easily identifyable driver at departures and prompt delivery of car on my retur. Would recommend the service as excellent value for money.

Very good service - only 1 small thing is that we had to wait over 1/2 an hour for them to arrive to take the car off us when we arrived.

We arrived at the designated drop off point and were met by a very helpful memeber of staff. We were very happy with the service and would happliy use this service again.

No problems, only that there is almost no phone signal from leaving the motorway to arriving at the airport which caused a slight delay. All in all bargain price, nice and easy
